Paul Kidney, Mitsuru Tabata, Masami Kawaguchi, and Don Drum are PAUL KIDNEY JAPANESE EXPERIENCE. This cross-country, cross-ocean, cross-hemisphere, cross-language unit of 4 very individual, seasoned performers. They are an experiment that should not work, with their foundation being a pure improvised approach to psychedelic rock.

Over two national tours of Japan in 2024 and 2025, they have wowed audiences into transcendental incantations.

Now they present their debut LP released by WV Sorcerer Productions (FR/CN) and Ramble Records (AU) whilst embarking on their debut Australian tour.

Their sound is unadulterated, uneschewed by planning or pre-production discussions. Just recorded purely as improvised work, going where it goes.
